It’s been two years since Triple was born, time flies! During all this time we have been working non-stop to offer innovative solutions for the financial and retail sector.
The beginning of Triple
Triple was born in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, Mario Navarro and Ibai Iturricha decided to start the project and after a short time Gala Gil joined them. Their idea was to develop a technology that would allow the creation of rewards programs integrated within financial applications.
It came about because they detected that businesses were investing more and more in programs to reward their customers, but the recurrence did not increase; this is where they found an opportunity to innovate and develop a technological solution, and so it was.
After hours and days they were able to develop the technology to design cashback (rewards) programs for banking applications & merchants.
The first financial partners
After a while, WiZink, the digital bank with a presence in Spain and Portugal, joined the project. Subsequently, we welcomed Vivid Money, a banking and financial investment App that has grown from a small office in the Berlin neighbourhood of Neuköln when it was launched in 2020, to a company with more than 350 employees, spread across four offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dublin and Moscow.
More than a team, wonderful people!
The most important thing for us is our team, everyone is a key player in the operation of Triple. We are proud to say that we have a multicultural team with experience in many different sectors. Currently, we are more than 25 people and growing.
Our philosophy
We work daily to achieve perfection, but we know that things are not always perfect, so we are always open to listen and learn. For this reason, we like to do offsites with the whole team every 3 and 6 months, so we can work together and exchange ideas, plus… We have a lot of fun!
Innovation and technology
2020 and 2021 have been exciting years, but 2022 has been full of great achievements:
- Expansion in Italy (consolidation in Spain and Germany).
- Growth of the team (we have grown to more than 25 employees).
- New financial institutions affiliated (Goin, Ibercaja, Commerzbank, Ben).
- Launch of transaction data enrichment technology.
This is just the beginning, we still have great challenges to achieve, stay tuned :)
